Entry Fees:
6’s $315 or $580 total if you sign up for both 1st and 2nd Session (turn in 2 forms)
4’s $240 or $430 total if you sign up for both 1st and 2nd Session (turn in 2 forms)
All leagues will have paid officials.
Coed and all female teams are welcome in Men’s Leagues.
Payment (check or money order preferred) must accompany entry form.
$15 surcharge for credit card payment.
